How It Works
Order your own custom flag in three simple steps.
Step 1 — Choose your product & size
Select the desired size and mounting method (mast, wall, base). Have questions about which size best suits your situation? Send us a message via the contact form.
Step 2 — Create your design
Build your flag in the design tool on the product page: pick a flag from our database, upload your own logo or artwork, or start from a template and adjust the text, colours and symbols. We accept PDF, EPS, SVG, AI, PNG, JPG and WEBP. Vector files are always sharp; if you work with a photo or logo, aim for around 40 ppi at actual size. The design tool shows live how sharp your file will be and warns you as soon as it gets too tight.
Step 3 — Production & delivery
What you see in the design tool is exactly what we print — there is no separate proof or approval round. As soon as your order comes in we start production immediately (3–4 business days). Your order is then shipped and you will receive a Track & Trace code.

- Format: PDF, EPS, SVG, AI, PNG, JPG or WEBP
- Resolution: from approx. 40 ppi at actual size — vector files are always fine
- Colour mode: CMYK (recommended) or RGB
- Text: convert to outlines/curves
- Bleed: 5 mm all around
