What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order from as little as 1 piece. There is no minimum order requirement.

How long does production take?

Once your order comes in, we get started straight away. Production time is 3–4 business days. Shipping follows (1–2 business days). Total delivery time is typically 5–7 business days.

Do I get a proof to approve before printing?

No, and that is deliberate. The preview in the design tool is your proof: what you see there is exactly what we print. So you never wait for an approval round and your flag goes straight into production. Spotted a mistake afterwards? Email us as soon as possible via the contact form — if it has not gone to press yet, we will change it.

What file format do I need?

We accept PDF, EPS, SVG, AI, PNG, JPG and WEBP. Vector files (PDF, EPS, SVG, AI) are always sharp, whatever the size. If you work with a photo or a logo as an image, aim for around 40 ppi at actual size — about 16 pixels per centimetre of width. You don't have to work that out yourself: the design tool shows live how sharp your file will be at the chosen size and warns you as soon as it gets too tight. What does single-sided printing mean — does the back stay white?

No. On a single-sided flag the ink is dye-sublimated into the fabric and passes right through it. Your design is therefore clearly visible on the back as well, just mirrored. The back certainly does not stay white. Is there text that has to read correctly from both sides, or do you want two different designs? Then choose the double-sided flag.

What do you mean by double-sided print?

Our double-sided flags consist of two separate layers of flag fabric, printed individually and sewn together with an opaque interlining (black-out). This ensures the design is clearly visible and legible from both sides, with no mirroring. More information: Single or Double-Sided?

Can I upload my existing logo or design?

Yes, you can upload your own file via the design tool on the product page. The tool checks straight away whether the resolution is high enough for the size you picked.

I don’t have a design yet. Can I still order a flag?

Yes. In the design tool on the product page you can make your flag without a file of your own. Start from a template or a blank flag, add your own text, drop in symbols or shapes, or pick a country, region or city flag from the library. You see the result straight away, and we turn it into the print file.

What if my file is not sharp enough?

The design tool warns you about that immediately, before you order. You will see a note next to your design saying the resolution is too low for the chosen size. In that case pick a smaller size, supply the file at a larger size, or send us a vector file — those are always sharp.

Are your flags suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. We use 115 g/m² UV-resistant polyester flag fabric that withstands sun, rain and wind. With normal use, flags last multiple seasons. More information: Lifespan and Care.

How can I pay?

You can pay by iDEAL, Bancontact, MobilePay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay). Which methods you see depends on the country you select at checkout. All payments run over a secured connection.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free from €60, for every product and to every country we ship to. Below €60 the rate depends on the product and the destination country. You always see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay.

Can I place a rush order?

Please contact us via the contact form with your required delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate. Please note that the minimum production time is 3–4 business days, counted from your order.

How should I wash or care for my flag?

Wash the flag at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate or hand-wash cycle. Do not use bleach. Hang to dry — do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the printed surface. More tips: Lifespan and Care.

Are the colours exactly the same as on my screen?

Dye-sublimation printing on polyester produces vibrant, beautiful results, but there may be a slight variation compared to RGB screen colours. This is inherent to the print process. For brand-colour accuracy, we recommend supplying Pantone or RAL references.

Can I order as a business and have the VAT reverse charged?

Yes. You automatically receive an invoice by email as soon as your order is placed. At checkout there is a Company field next to your address; whatever you enter there appears on the invoice.

Are you a business outside the Netherlands with a valid EU VAT number? Enter it under Company VAT number. If the number is valid, the VAT is reverse charged and you pay without VAT right away — nothing to arrange in advance. Dutch businesses pay VAT as usual and reclaim it through their own return. What is the return policy?

Because flags are custom-made, they cannot be returned unless there is a production defect. In that case, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with your order number and photos of the defect. We will always resolve this properly.
