Description

A 5-metre bunting you design yourself. Spell out a name with one letter per flag, or give every flag its own photo. You can also make all the flags the same, for example with the logo of your business or club.

How to design your bunting

Choose pennants or rectangular flags, standard or large.
Type a name. Each letter goes on its own flag; if the name is shorter than the line, the letters sit in the middle.
Add photos, symbols or text to one flag or to all of them.
Check the whole bunting in the preview and order.

Versions

Pennants (triangular) or rectangular flags.
Standard: 16 flags of 15 × 21 cm (double-sided pennants: 15). Large: 13 flags of 20 × 30 cm.
Single-sided on polyester flag fabric; the print shows through, so you see it mirrored on the back. Double-sided on sturdy, opaque fabric, with the same design on both sides.
On a strong tape in white or black, with 10 cm between the flags.

Single-sided or double-sided?

Single-sided: the flags are printed on one side, on thin flag fabric. The print shows through, so from behind you see your design mirrored; a name reads backwards from the back. Fine when the bunting hangs against a wall, along a facade or in front of a window.

Double-sided: every flag is printed on both sides, on sturdy fabric that does not show through. You design it once and we make the back for you. From both sides you see the same bunting and can read the name. Choose this when the bunting hangs free: across the garden, the street or a party venue.

With the small pennants, the double-sided bunting has 15 flags instead of 16.

Your order is made especially for you, based on your design. That is why it cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered. Please check your design carefully before you order.

Damaged, a print error or the wrong item? Report it within 48 hours of delivery to info@buildyourflag.com, with photos and your order number. After review we will reprint, replace or refund.

Frequently Asked

What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order a single flag. There is no minimum order.

What file format do I need?

We accept PDF, EPS, SVG, AI, PNG, JPG and WEBP. Vector files are always sharp; for photos and logos aim for around 40 ppi at actual size — the configurator checks this live. Text must be converted to outlines.

How long does production take?

Production takes 3–4 business days from your order — there is no approval step to wait for. Allow 5–7 business days in total until delivery.

Can I return a custom-made flag?

Because every flag is made to your specifications, returns are not possible unless there is a production defect. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
