In short: you choose your flag type and size, place your design in the design tool on the product page and check out. While you upload, the design tool shows whether your file is sharp enough, so you know straight away where you stand. Production then takes 3 to 4 working days, plus shipping: allow 5 to 7 working days in total. Shipping to every EU country is free on orders from €60.
It really is that simple
From payment to delivery, allow 5 to 7 working days in total. There's no minimum order, so you can order just one, and from the second or third item the volume discount climbs to as much as 25% for ten single-sided flags (up to 16% for double-sided flags, up to 30% for banners). A single-sided flag starts at €30.00, a double-sided one at €46.00.
Step 1: Choose your product
First, pick the version. For a classic flag there are two:
- Single-sided print — from €30.00. Printed on one side, with a mirror image on the back. Ideal indoors or wherever the flag is only ever seen from one side.
- Double-sided print — from €46.00. Two printed layers of fabric with an opaque black-out layer in between. Both sides read correctly, with no mirror image. A strong choice for outdoor use and for business applications.
Next, choose your size. There are eight standard sizes: 60 × 40, 90 × 60, 120 × 80, 150 × 90, 150 × 100, 225 × 150, 300 × 200 and 450 × 300 cm. You'll find them all in the design tool on the product page. Read our size guide if you're not sure.
Don't need a classic flag? A banner with your own design starts at €39.95 and a Straight beach flag at €85.00, in sizes from 40 × 235 to 90 × 430 cm. We also offer boat, golf and kiosk flags.
Step 2: Prepare your file
If you already have a logo or design, this is mostly a matter of checking a few things:
- A vector file (PDF, AI or EPS) gives the sharpest result — or a PNG/JPG at around 40 ppi at actual size
- Convert text to outlines or curves in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign
- Work in CMYK for the most accurate colour reproduction
- Allow 5 mm of bleed all round
You don't need to work this out in advance: the design tool warns you during upload as soon as the resolution is too low for the size you've chosen. Read our full artwork guide for all the details.
No design yet? Then simply skip this step. In the design tool you can make your flag without a file of your own: start from a template, add your own text, drop in symbols or shapes, or pick a country, region or city flag from the library. Everything stays editable.
Step 3: Upload your design and order
You upload on the product page itself, not at checkout. In the design tool you choose the size and version, drag your file in and instantly see your design on the flag — including a note on whether the resolution is right. Happy with what you see? Then add the product to your cart.
You can pay securely with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and more. Once you've paid, you'll receive a confirmation by email straight away.
Step 4: We arrange production — you receive your flag
Because you've already seen in the design tool what your flag looks like and whether the resolution is good enough, your order goes straight into production once you've paid.
