Your club deserves a professional look
A sports club is more than a team — it's a community. The right visual identity at home games, training sessions and sports events strengthens the club atmosphere and impresses members, visitors and sponsors. Facade flags are a simple and effective way to achieve this.
In this article we explain how sports clubs can make smart use of facade flags — from the entrance of the sports facility to sponsor boards alongside the pitch.
How can sports clubs use facade flags?
Entrance to the sports facility
A row of 4 to 6 facade flags at the entrance immediately gives your facility a professional appearance. Visitors and opponents instantly see that this club means business. Combine your club flag with one or more main sponsors for maximum effect.
Along the touchline or pitch
Facade flags along the playing area highlight the pitch and create atmosphere. At home games this gives a professional, semi-professional broadcast look — even for amateur and regional competitions.
Sponsor visibility
Want to give your sponsors better visibility? A facade flag per sponsor at the entrance or along the pitch is a valuable return. Sponsors are happy to pay for visibility that goes beyond a name on a banner.
Club canteen and changing rooms
Facade flags don't have to be outside only. In the canteen or along the entrance to the changing rooms they add atmosphere and show club pride.
Single-sided or double-sided for sports clubs?
For use along the pitch or at the entrance — where visitors walk past from multiple directions — double-sided print is always the best choice. Both sides clearly show your logo and message, without the mirror image of a single-sided flag.

What size suits a sports club?
Guidelines per application:
- Complex entrance (outdoors): the standard 150 × 100 cm already stands out; a larger size is available on request for extra visibility
- Along the pitch (outdoors): 150 × 100 cm, ideally several flags in a row for atmosphere and sponsor visibility
- Canteen or indoors: 150 × 100 cm, or a more compact size on request

Tips for submitting your club design
- Use the official club logo as a vector file (PDF, AI, EPS). This gives the sharpest print results.
- Only have a PNG or JPG? That works too — as long as the resolution is at least 150 dpi at actual print size.
- Watch out for CMYK colours: club colours sometimes shift when converting from RGB. Mention your Pantone colour code when ordering if you have one.

Ordering for a group or a season
You can order facade flags per piece — there's no minimum order. But for a consistent club image we recommend ordering at least 4 to 6: 2 at the entrance, 2 along the pitch and 1 or 2 as spares or for away fixtures.
Multiple designs? We also supply facade flags with two different designs — one on each side — so you can combine a club flag with a sponsor flag on a single flag.
